Jacob Saxton is National Service Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. Working closely with customers and suppliers, Jacob plays a key role in delivering efficient, reliable service support across the business.
Jacob holds Level 2 & 3 Diplomas in Electrical Installation and has completed FIA Fundamentals 1 & 2, FIA FGAS, FIA CPD 2025 Edition, along with multiple manufacturer training programmes, bringing extensive technical knowledge and industry expertise to the role.
