Can you provide Admin support to our Sales and Installations Department?

Underwood based Fire & Security Specialists Tecserv UK is recruiting a Projects Administrator to support its Sales and Installations team.

Working at Tecserv UK means delivering a high quality service experience to high profile brands in a multitude of sectors.

Experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.

Job Description:  (No Agencies)

  • Taking and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Receiving and Reconciling Deliveries
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Processing Product Returns
  • ID Cards and Access Fobs
  • Fire Alarm Weekly Test
  • Arranging Hotels
  • Producing Project Folders for the Key Account
  • Assisting the Sales Secretary with Order Processing
  • Amending Risk and Method Statements and forward to Client’s
  • Assisting with the completion of PPQ’s
  • Provide Holiday Cover for Sales Secretary and Directors PA
  • Any other duties that may be required to support the Department
