- Taking and directing incoming telephone calls
- Receiving and Reconciling Deliveries
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Processing Product Returns
- ID Cards and Access Fobs
- Fire Alarm Weekly Test
- Arranging Hotels
- Producing Project Folders for the Key Account
- Assisting the Sales Secretary with Order Processing
- Amending Risk and Method Statements and forward to Client’s
- Assisting with the completion of PPQ’s
- Provide Holiday Cover for Sales Secretary and Directors PA
- Any other duties that may be required to support the Department
