We're recruiting an Accounts Administrator

Tecserv UK is a BAFE approved fire and security specialist with a 20-year history of installing and maintaining fire and security systems that protect people, processes and systems.

Our finance team plays an important role in ensuring our business is supported with accurate management information and that our reputation is maintained through excellent relationships with our suppliers and customers.

We are looking for an accounts administrator who is methodical and organised and keen to learn.  Working at Tecserv UK means delivering a high-quality service experience to high profile brands in a multitude of sectors so excellent communication skills are an essential requirement.

The main responsibilities of the role will include the following:

  • Ensuring customers are issued accurate invoices on a timely basis
  • Allocating cash received
  • Preparing cash flow forecasts
  • Inputting supplier invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Scanning documents
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with accounts queries
  • Other general administration duties

The successful applicant must be competent using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word and experience of using Sage 50 Accounts would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.

This is a full-time role based in our offices in Underwood. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, although we will consider other flexible working arrangements.

We’re offering a competitive salary and 24 days holiday a year (excluding bank holidays), which increase based on length of service.
